The difference between selling a house and making a house available for sale is in the marketing of the home and neighborhood.  Heather understands this better than most.  We originally listed our house with another agent in early July 2019.  After 65+ days on the market, we received a single low offer.  Heather took over the listing on a Friday in October 2019 and by the following Monday, we had two offers above the asking price – an asking price that was higher than the previous listing.  Heather took the time to consider the unique characteristics of our home and the neighborhood to understand likely buyers and promoted the home in places where those buyers were most likely to see it.  Oh, and she made the entire process easy for us.
